Suitable for material removal and finishing operations in hard-to-reach and narrow areas. Nora – Zirconium Shafted Mops provide excellent results on stainless steel and high heat-resistant alloys.
Thanks to its high-performance aggressive abrasive, it is suitable for maximum material removal, precise grinding and polishing of circular and flat surfaces, and cleaning hole burrs on cast parts.
They deliver the best performance at a cutting speed of 15–20 m/s. They can be used with electric or pneumatic grinding machines.
To achieve maximum material removal, coarser grits should be used instead of applying more pressure.
The maximum speed limit (max. RPM) must not be exceeded. Grinding should not be performed with excessive pressure during application. The shaft mounting depth should be at least 20 mm.
